Section 1: Introduction to Handstands
Training them to understand the difference between body, mind & soul
Helping them to know “who am I, Where do I belong, when do I feel fulfilled”.
Training them to achieve their goals/ dream projects by following simple spiritual steps. To setup vision boards.
Making them understand the importance of yoga and meditation in one’s life & practicing various physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation & relaxation which promote mental & physical well-being.
Helping parents to understand the ability of their children, allow them to grow in social skills, life skills, and appropriate behavior.
To help students to become self aware and reach their highest potential while dealing with anxiety and stress. We also provide students a happy and comfortable environment to discuss their problems regarding academics, social life and personal life.
