Section 1: Introduction to Handstands
It is the experience of one’s own personality or individuality. Self awareness is how an individual consciously knows and understands their own character, feelings, strength, weakness, motives, staying focused, set boundaries, practicing self discipline and desires.
Empathy is making trainees understand or feel what another person is experiencing from their frame. Sympathy is making the trainees understand the other person’s emotion & physical struggle & support them by giving them comfort by means of counseling.
This helps trainees to come up with new solutions/ideas using their ability. To train them to look at the issue from different perspective & creative angles using the right tools to develop a plan, to overcome the issue. It is basically thinking out of the box. It helps companies to see more growth in the revenue.
In the field of critical thinking the corporate are trained in analyzing the facts of judgmental, complex, rational, skeptical & unbiased issues.
Train trainees to get engaged in problem solving techniques, maintain emotionally supportive relationships, take responsibility for the situation, ask others to help or assist them, lower their expectations, maintain emotional composure or alternatively, expressing distressing emotions.
Help trainees to examine the situation and think about the most important values are and how to spend time on the values. Prepare to-do list and prioritize all tasks into four categories namely:
- Important & urgent
- Important but not urgent
- Not important but urgent
- Neither important nor urgent
To manage their company’s expectations & planning fun activities for your personal time & taking care of their health.
Training them to control emotions of personal life, family life & official life. Making them to understand to become consciously experience an emotion & identify to find a solution by distressing methods.
